When Kanye West stormed the stage at the VMA, just after the first award, for Best Female Video, was presented to Taylor Swift, he didn't know what he was unleashing. West cut the teen singer off, grabbing the mic and protesting in support of Beyoncé.

"I'm sorry, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," he proclaimed as B looked on from the crowd, stunned.

Jorge Lorenzo - The Crash - Frame by Frame

Yamaha's Jorge Lorenzo suffered a chipped bone in his left ankle after a spectacular fall during practice for Sunday's Grand Prix of China. It appears that Lorenzo suffered no upper body injury despite taking the impact of the fall on his forearms.

Horrifying Crash: Macartney's fall at Kitzbuehel Dowhnill

American alpine skier Scott Macartney was injured when he crashed at full speed near the finish of the men's World Cup downhill in Kitzbuehel (Kitzbühl).

Macartney, skiing on his 30th birthday, lost his balance on a jump at 141 kph, fell on his back and lost his helmet. The race was interrupted while he was taken off the hill.
