This is not good or thrilling news. But it is news, nonetheless.
A fisherman in the Mediterranean Sea caught a shark, weighing 1,100 pounds, just off the coast of Tunisia.
Locals said it was the biggest fish ever caught out of Tunisia.
After it was brought to shore, the fish was quickly purchased and cut into dozens of pieces. The shark was sold at a nearby fish market.
The exact type of the shark is not known. Looks like a Great White (Carcharodon carcharias) or Mako Shark - but we'll never know, of course.
